Corrupted framez

Dl'ed a lil while ago 'ghosthip'
prob is that the flick got a corrupted frame(s)
so i get a frame that kinda's jumpie
movie stops right there, sounds continues tough.
between 58703-58734.....i got this far.
how can i fix this?

i tried the anti-freeze but with no luck at all.
Any other progs i could try ?

1) First of all cut down on the slang. We use English, French, Spanish, and German here not whatever you were trying to speak.

2) Post this in the P2P forum since you clearly state you downloaded the file.
