    Hue problems w/ XVID Movies

    Hi,

I always blamed my old pc due to its cracked up nature, but I have just gotten a new one and it does the exact same things. The XVID movies I try to play have the hue all wrong. Green faces etc...ne1 knows what to do about this? Thanks.

Edit: Also, the more i get closer to one thing on color, another thing gets hued out...lets say the sky is blue. I get the sky to be blue but lips on people turn purple...>(

HMmm I downloaded the red dragon xvid repack, and i might be having the same problem

its al kind of blocky at some parts and the color is like a smeared rainbow coming of the edges of the people or something
i was told do download FFDSHOW to fix this
ffdshow is DirectShow and VFW codec for decoding/encoding many video and audio formats, including DivX and XviD movies using libavcodec, xvid and…

but i dont know how to compile it, it says use ms visual C++ but i dont have that
