    Conversion OUT of RealVideo?

Is there a program to convert video out of RealVideo into soemthing sane, like raw AVI? Supposedly there was a program that could reach into the buffer and steal teh video out, but I havn't been able to find it. Could someone please post a link or guide or something?

    hi
great tool for anybody who watches realvideo either streaming or local.
convert realvideo to avi using codecs of your choice (divx xvid) in real time.
enter the web address of a video or drag and drop files from your hard drive.
    must have realone player installed.

Hmm... The links are broke. Can you just attach it to the message or is it too big? Please e-mail the file to me. I PM'ed you with this message, and my e-mail too.

PS: To get to PMs, for anyone who doesn't know, go to the dropbox at the bottom, scroll up to "Private Messages" and have a look at them.

Sure, last week i converted 14 RealMedia movies to DivX, so i could try several programs:
The best is surely EO Video (u should find the link on this site), it allows u to convert RealMedia, QuickTime, Asf and Mpeg files to Avi using any video/audio codec.
Anyway i recommend u to use only PCM for audio (otherwise there could be a little desync) and UncompressedAvi (....) or DivX4LowMotion (DO NOT USE 5.05/03!) for video.
The video/audio quality is perfect and it doesn't give any desync problems.

If and ONLY IF it doesn't work u may use TINRA or StoikConverter (i hope this to be the LAST time i must see even the name of those programs...), but the first gives bad video quality(macroblocks and imperfections)/strong desynchronization and the second....well the last time it converted a 19min long .ram to a 15sec avi at 1000FPS!
Anyway Stoik is not too bad, but some bugs are really annoying...

          Good Luck!
