    PCM to Mp2?

    How can I convert PCM to MP2 format? What program to use?

      TMPGEnc...

      1) Simply "drag and drop" the PCM (Uncompressed .WAV) file onto already open TMPGEnc

      2) Click on "Settings" radio button

      3) Select audio settings you desire

      4) Save with a new filename
