missing sequence errors before each GOP

I get the above message after encoding an avi film into mpeg and trying to load into DVdit I know its a lack of synchronization on the time line but does any one what i can do to correct it and copy the film to a DVD

Are you using a pre-made template or one of your own?

i used a default template on the free programme Tmpeg changed the bit rate to 2000

Well, since you say all you changed was the video bitrate and left the GOP the same then maybe its a matter of the encoder. If i were you id try converting with another program and see if you could load up the file succesfully.

I tried the udated version and tried the settings by lord smurf off this web site and it worked
