Need a REAL Pro! (RealMedia Conversion)

Hi! I really need your help:
Last week i tried to convert (to divX) and repair (erase inperfections with "noise filter" of TMPGEnc) 25 anime movies; most of them are RealMedia files (.rm and .ram) and the others are Asf, Asx, Wmv.

    2) The first problem was nothing compared to RealMedia Conversion!
I installed the last version of Tinra (005+stable1.1+GUI) trying to forget how i hated the 1st version, I used the frame rate stabilizator (if unselected it happens everything!), but if i leave it "decide" which is the best frate or if i use a standard rate (i tried with 14.XXX, 15, 25, 29.XX, 30fps) the result is ever the same:
Quality sux! An AVI at 30 fps seems to be at 4fps! After 1frame there are other 5-7 totally equal to the first! The original files are perfect (only for the fps point of view), so i really dunno wath's the problem!
Does exist another unknow and perfect version of Tinra or ANOTHER PROGRAM supporting RealMedia Files!

    hi mate
great tool for anybody who watches realvideo either streaming or local.
convert realvideo to avi using codecs of your choice (divx xvid) in real time.
enter the web address of a video or drag and drop files from your hard drive.

I already dl that program, but there's a littele problem:

The best (and sometimes unique) video codec to use with real-time programs is "UncompressedAVI"/"NoCompression"

My HD doesn't allow me to create >20GB movies, so i would use somethin' like DivX, but it's too slow for real time compression and that may make the quality get whorse.

Anyway i used it for some smaller rm files and i must say that it's no bad, but it's too late, now all those movies are DivX AVI on CD

            Have u ever used Stoik?
i'm sure u shold get some fun; that bug is really incredible...1000FPS!
u could imagine what my face was like when i saw my movie on "fast-foward"!
