Transport Stream to MPEG2

I need some help converting .ts files to .mpg. I have captured some video from my DVHS deck using HDVHSTool in HiPix .ts format. I would like to convert these files into normal MPEG2 format so I can play them through WMP without any special filters. I have already tried to use a tool named HDTVtoMPEG2, but I can only playback the mpg file if I have elecard filter installed. Can someone please help me on this problem.

You may try using FlaskMPEG to convert your MPG file into standard SVCD format.

I tried FlaskMPEG and this only supports MPEG program streams, not transport streams. Does anyone know about how to reconstruct transport streams into program streams?

How about this :
First you must DeMux MPEG2 Transport Stream with MPEG Carver program ( Grab at http://www.bmserver.net/carver_eng.htm )
After you had MPV and MPA, then you can reconstruct it using FlaskMPEG into MPEG2 Program Stream.
