needs decmpressor

Hi

I'm trying to convert a video that was used with an ati capture and codec (vcr 1), when I try to convert with virtual dub I get message could not locate decompressor for format vcr1 (mind you that I'm converting on a defferent machine with a none ati vga card) where can I get these decompressor?

I found the file but I am still unable to decompress the VCR1 and 2 or 3 other codecs ATI uses. The two it does decompress I loss half of the frames or more when capturing?
