I'm looking for a (free) program that could take mono/stereo sound files (mono/stereo wave) and deliver a multichannel one.
the final goal is to encode in ogg.
for example I've 4 mono .wav corresponding to FL,FR,RL and RR and I want to get a 4 channel .wav that I can drop into my fish.
