    Broken file/mode 2 cd?

Hello, I'd be grateful for some help getting a film to play. It is an xvid/ogg vorbis encoded movie that I burnt as a mode2cd using mode2cdmaker some months ago. It used to play fine in media player but when I tried again recently it refused to open. Physically the disk looks fine, but either the cd has become corrupted (in which case is there a way to salvage the movie?) or I have broken the codecs in the intervening months. I have reinsalled the xvid codec, ffdshow even the nemo codec pack but I still can't get it to play (I also tried gsplayer and copying the /dat to my HD but it still hangs at opening media). Below are the original details from the .nfo and I have uploaded the information from gsspot
    Cheers,
    Kurgan

What is the precise error that media player gives you?

If the cd is corrupt you can try "salvaging" the contents of the disc by using ISOBUSTER. (Backup the file) and then try fixing it with Divfix or Virtualdubmod.

        Solution

Sorry, this is my first time in this forum. I've post a solution as a NEW POST, it was my mistake. Look for it with the Subject Solution and with a smiley face.
