How to conert rmvb to mpeg

All,

I cannot use Real Media Player 8 for .rmvb file
and so EO Video cannot do the conversion.
(I added the .rmvb type in EO Video).

I heared that there is a Real Media Codec 9
for playing .rmvb files, is that true ?
Where to d/l please....

Or any software suggested ?

the real media file should just be a link (someone correct me if I am wrong) to the server. you might want to check www.dvdrhelp.com for some conversion guides

Why don't you simply check that out at the RealMedia website?

The problem is :

It's seems the Codec is not mentioned in RM web !

Do a Googlesearch for (all one one line, and type exactly, including quotes) "RealMedia" and "Codec 9"

just change the rmvb file extension to rm. then covert the rm file to mpeg-1 using eo video. i had the exact same problem.

Install RealOnePlayer can resolve rmvb problem

Convert RMVB with dvdsanta or winavi

This info maybe help you resolve your problem . RMVB to AVI, then you can burn video to your DVD. and you can play on general player. Trial download

Nah i don't recommend using this, stick to winavi or dvdsanta.
