problem with subtitles

hi,
i have matrix in divx format !! i installed vobsub to show subs but pls can anyone tell me how to configure it so that subs can also be shown in media player 9 as well as zoom player etc.!! site said the subs should be set at a delay of -12500ms !! pls tell me how to configure this 2 !!

Hi,

Right-click the VobSub tray icon, then select "DirectVobSub" and go to the "Timing" page. There you can enter the delay.
