WMP9 windows media player 9 full screen question

ive noticed that with wmp9, at fullscreen whenever the toolbar is visable, the size of the video is changed so it is not blocked by the toolbar.

i find this quite annoying, and am wondering if there is a patch/addon that will make this go back to the normal way it was before media player 9
