    Boucny video

    Anyone know of a program or a way to fix video that is bouncy? Not choppy/jumpy, it literally bounces.

    This is what it looks like (a bit of a gap but the it shows the idea, the bounced frame only lasts a scond)

    Tv-rips are never of good quality - especially when you try to play them back at 200% of the original format.
