Videos don't play even with installed codecs

I have recently downloaded some movies wich won't play in media player or anyother player.i have used avipreview program to view the partionally downloaded files or even fixed them with divfix.Here is one example of the three movies which won't play!!!I hear the sound but no video.With the refresh button in avipreview i achieved to watch some of the scenes which then stuck and didn't continue so i am sure there is a video underneath which i cannot view for some reason.i post you the results gspot gave me.i will appreciate any help.Thank you for your time and effort.

Check that you have the DivX 5 codec installed in your system. If you have, try reinstalling the codec or give the alternative decoder FFDShow a run.

I have the codecs installed allright as you can see to the screenshot also which gspot gave me.I had already reinstalled the codecs before i posted this topic.Also i can get some of the scenes of the movie when i press the refresh button in avipreview and ffdshow didn't improve the situation.Anyone any other ideas?

I noticed that on your screenshot, the filename reads incomplete. I assume that you downloaded the file from WinMX. The .avi file will not be a complete, and valid .avi file. You will need to rebuild the index of the avi file for it to work. You can do this by downloading a utility called DivFix. This will allow you to rebuild the index of the avi file and watch what you have downloaded so far.

Once you have rebuilt the index, you can watch the file. When you want to resume downloading you must strip the index, otherwise you will not be able to resume.

Dear friend,thank you for your post but if you read the first post i set up to this conversation says that i already did this with divfix and it doesn't work.I think it hasn't be ripped well and this causes the problem because all the other movies play fine.I already started to dowload an other file for these error movies.
