Using other codecs in Nandub

Hi, everyone. I'm new here. I have made two or there DVDRips but i still don't know how to instruct nandub or Gordian Knot to use another video codec other than DIVX. The issue becomes worse. After installing DIVX 5.1 codec, all movies encoded with Nandub use DIV3 low-motion codec. How can i instruct nandub to use a different codec? Thanks.

Thank you very much for the reply. I have somewhat figured it out. Now i'm using a mixture of VirtualDubMod and SpanishDub. Another problem has arisen, though. XVID always hangs before performing 2nd pass. Don't know why . DIVX 5.1 seems to work just right.
