converting region 3 to region 1

how can i convert a reigon 3 dvd to a reigon 1 so it can be played on a home dvd player

If you have a DVD burner, you can use DVD Decrypter (if the original DVD is less than 4.37Gb) or DVD Shrink to compress (if it's greater than 4.37GB - Both programs allow you to set the Region...
