Extracting chapters from VOB files

Is there anyone who has some ideas on how to extract single chapters from VOB files (all the VOB anf IFO files from DVD are already decrypted to hard drive)?

The DVD is with 2 audio streams, but i need only one in my project.

I need MPEG-2 (video and audio stream) (not m2v) files to be used in DVD Architect.

Can anyone help?

Use (freeware) DVD Shrink in "Re-author" mode...

Use ChapterXtractor, select the IFO file associated with the VOB and it will display all the chapter stop information.
