Need to Convertoonlight Odio Dekode

Trying to get video to playaudio- suppose to be avi file but is really avi mpeg4 specifically Moonlight Odio Dekode(whatever that is). Hope this is the right forum for this ? Video seems okay but no audio in play back. Before encoding would like to know how to get audio to play otherwise seems a waste of time to encode without any sound. Hope someone can tell me which program(s) would be helpful.
