    Problems after Leadtools codec pack

I have recently tried the Leadtools multimedia filter pack, basically a collection of video compression codecs.

The pack was time-limited and I uninstalled (using uninstall option).

Now I am left with a problem! Whenever I hover over a mpg2 file in XP I get a notice that the YUV and RGB codec has expired and I should contact the vendor for a release version.

I could have lived with this (as the movies still play in Real player, WMP etc) if it wasn't for the fact that when I try and load TMPGEnd 2.5+ I get the same warnings and am then unable to load in source *.mpgs. I get an unsupported file error, presumably because the program is confused by the expired codecs. Previously to the expiry the same files loaded into TMPEnc fine.

I have tried unistalling the codecs from control panel, but they dont all show up. Some remain visible when I look at the system though G-Spot.

Can anyone please shed some light on this for me?
