Will Dvdshrink convert ntc to pal or does it just do region free?
If not what program do I need to covert a dvd ntc to pal? thanks in advance

Just Region free.

It is a much more difficult proposition to do a true NTSC to PAL conversion.

Yes it is difficult, but not impossible. That's why I'm hoping someone'll take on the challenge of writing a similar program to Shrink and include the format conversions too
