    Bad chunk in frame data

alot of the files iv downloaded lately wont play.Gspot says the error is:

An invalid chunk has been encountered in the list containing the A/V frame data.Though not as serious as a corrupt header, it may still be serious enough to prevent the file from rendering correctly

Is there any way the files can be fixed or should i just delete them all?

If you have dr DivX you might give it a try.
Maybe it fixes this problem but most probably your file won't render well whilst playback therfore consider deletion but still try DR DivX or wait for other replies
