    MPEG Resize question

I recorded a program off of a DVB card to mpg format but the size is messed up. The resolution that it captured in was 544x480 and the people look narrow, tall and skinny. It looks like that if I were to resize the mpg to 720x480, it would fix it back to normal. What is the easiest/best way to do this?

Use "TMPGENc" (the regular encoding program, not "TMPGENc DVD Author")

I would use TMPGenc or another mpeg splitter and cut out a couple minutes of the video and experiment with TMPGenc's settings on the small file. This will save you alot of time till you find the desired settings/results you want, then do the whole video. I would try 16:9 as my first setting.

Thanks for the info! I will try out TMPGenc and see if it helps. I'll let you know the final outcome.
