Tool for batch-converting mov to flv?

Hi,

Is there a tool wich is able to convert some video format (avi or mov) to flv-files using commandline-options (windows!)?

What I plan to do is to generate videos on the server, and then stream (progressive download) them with flash. But my video-application doesn't provide the flv-codec in the QT-Export-Settings. So I have to generate an avi or mov and then start a tool which converts the video to flv.
But how is this tool called? And where do I find it?
AND: does it even exist???

You can use ffmpeg to convert to flv. it is a command line tool for linux and windows see: http://ffmpeg.org

Or you use Riva FLV Encoder. Its freeware http://www.rivavx.com?encoder
