Everytime I go from 29 FPS to 24 FPS (DV) it makes the video all blurry, but if I go from 29 to 12, or 15, then it looks fine. Why is this?
I REALLY wish that there was a way to tweak my camera to record at 24 FPS.
Is there any way to get to 24 FPS from 29 FPS, without getting all the bluriness?
