OGM sound problem

Hi people. I'm here now because every time I want to see a OGM movie, the sound doesn't follow the image.... This is my problem. When I try to watch the movie, the sound plays before the image appear. Eg:
sounds play: Hi
(two or more seconds after):
the image of the person saying "Hi" appear
¬¬'.
After a while the sound became normal again, but it doesn't take a long time to distort again and became irregular.

What can I do?

Just thought I would ask (still a newb here)....What's an OGM movie??

does it happen with ALL ogm movies?

if it's so, maybe the problem is due to your cpu speed
if not...well there's nothing u can do: if the delay is variable (randomly) it can't be fixed

p.s. OGM is a "container" like AVI, but it supports ogg audio files and has a lot of useful features.
