how to convert rm vbr files to anything

hello, iam really having a tough time on how to convert "rm vbr" files to avi or to anything else besides rm files

so plz , can some 1 plz help me out ?

the real 7 converter works.
but the thing is that if i convert a 40 min video, it gives me an error , and if i convert a 10 min video it doenst .
any one know a program that can split rm vbr files ?( split into 4 parts)
