Problem with Divx playback

Im sure this problem is really basic, but any help is greatly appreciated.

I use WMP and BS Player, and for some reason whenever I watch anything in Divx, Xvid or AVI it will only display the video with about 5/6 of the video cropped off.

Basicly this is the screen and the inside of the red red box is all I can see.
I've reinstalled BS player, Divx Xvid or and WMP 9, But still no change.

I found the answer myself, In case anyone else is having this same problem heres what I did.

Turns out I was right, It was a really simple problem that I caused by messing with something I didnt know about.

Im useing a Geforce card so I dont know if this solution will work for all you guys with an ATI card or not.
