I tryed Playa, BSPlayer, MS Media player 6.4, Sasami, NIMO codec pack etc.

All without results

From within Explorer, rightclick on the file. Select "Properties". Click on the "Details" tab. You'll find information about the video and audio codecs used to create the file. Post that information here for the possibility of additional assistance.

Looks like the audio is screwed up. Can you load up the video in Virtualdub instead and get the details from File Information?
