Can't get Xvid to install

I'm trying to playback some movies, but I can't even figure out how to get the Xvid codec to install. I've searched through all the folders and files that came with the "xvidcore-1.0.0-rc4" download, but nothing allows me to do an installation or setup. I found 1 .inf, but I can't get it to install. I'm running XP Pro. Can someone help?

You need the XviD binarys not the source !!!
