avi / vob audio nomalization

Hi, All

Can any one tellme if it is possable to normaize audio in a vob,

what I want to do is normalize audio the audio in a vob then encode the vob to wmv

of is it possble to normalize the audion in a wmv

The reason for this is i stream video and the ripped vob's have quite verying audio levels

I hope someone can help
