    Jerky playback

    When I watch a video , it stutters.
    The cpu usage varies from 19% to 38%.I can t tell if the low usage corresponds to stutter as I haven t seen any conclusive pattern.
    I have reclock running and I enabled the tearing test. It tears vertically. When I set the decoder to be ffdshow and enable deinterlancing frame doubler, I see no vertical tearing on the vertical bar but I see 2 bars, 1 near the other. I hope this helps.

    I have an amd 3200+, asus a7n8x-e deluxe, 2x256 ocz dual channel, ati radeon 9600 pro OC 447/327and windows xp pro

    Here is the information from the conflict and sharing. One thing is that changing the Nvidia nforce drivers to 3.13 made it worst.
