flv to avi ? or anything

just wondering if it's possible to dump a flv ( flash video ) to avi or something else preferable not useing macromedia software

hopefully i can do a dump and not have to try a raw record w/ fraps of something

Hard to do due to the sound codec

It's hard to do due to the sound codecs involved. If you have the time to do it manually and have Macromedia products its not a problem. Check:
