I'm talking about converting avi's to dvd. I have seen many many different methods that people use. I was just wondering who has had success with what. I used Setarip's guide to converting and it works really well. It's very easy to follow and results are typically good. For some reason with this last video I converted I ran into some serious color distortion. Quality and playbackwas good but the color was so bad that I wasn't able to correct it with tv settings. I ran into this when I used TMPG Author after adding chapters and a menu. When I just converted the video with TMPG and burned without that additional stuff the color was fine. Any input would be appreciated or other methods that people have used successfully. Thanks!
