Mpeg2 transport conversion

Is there any software to convert Mpeg 2 transport to Mpeg 2 program stream?

Because I have the camcorder sony dcr ip1e which is Micro MV,
and it produces mpeg2 transport streams and to edit it on any other software than movieshaker, i have to convert it to mpeg 2 'program' stream.


Help would be most appreciated
