don't hear a sound when playing divx

hi,

i guess i have a problem with an audio codec for some movies that i downloaded. i can view the divx video correctly, but media player 9 gives an error when downloading codec (i guess the audio codec). The fact is that i don't hear any sound at all

Any idea what I should do? I don't want to install a complete codec pack (have bad experience with that).

Fortunately I was able to solve this one myself. I missed the AC3 codec and the problem was solved by installing that codec. I got it from http://www.doom9.org/index.html?/divx__ac3.htm
