    Problem fixing avi

    Hi, I have a problem fixing an avi. Used divfix on it as I cant open it in virtualdub, but it crashes about 95% of the way through with the message i/o error 87??? So now I have this file which will open in vdub but the seek time is very slow (i mean waiting for the whole movie to catch up) and have saved it again using direct stream on vid + audio but the file comes out about 70mb shorter than the original. Any1 now whats going on, and how I should go about fixing it?

    BTW - video is MPEG4 V3 Cracked,audio is mp3.

    Thanks

    Load the file in VirtualDub by selecting "Open File" and putting a checkmark innext to "Popup extended open options". Then doubleclick on your file and select "re-derive keyframe flags".

    Let us know of your success ;>}
