Playing video from input device (camera)

I have a camcorder. I want to basicly play the video on my camcorder on my computer at full screen (I dont want to capture\record it). All the programs I have only allow you to view the camcorders video at like 350 res, all I have is video capture software. What I would like to know is what program could I buy or download that would allow me to just view my camcorders video feed at 800x600 or better.

If you're willing to consider hardware instead of software, any videocard with a built-in TV tuner should handle your needs (They usually come bundled with needed, if any, software)...
