    recording audio stream

Hello, I know these probably are not the right forums for a question like this but maybe someone can help me out. I do a radio show at my college and was wondering is there possibly a program or a method that I could use to record it on my computer. I can get it with my stereo and also there is a live stream on the net. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

"there is a live stream on the net"

Can't you simply capture it with your PC?

Try Audacity! It's a freeware program that is a great little program that does an awsome job. It will record any audio that is played through your computer. Remember not to use your computer while recording or it will record the clicks of your mouse and etc...

Audacity is a free, easy-to-use and multilingual audio editor and recorder for Windows, Mac OS X, GNU/Linux and other operating systems. You can use Audacity to: Record live audio.
