corrupt header? help with svcd to dvd.

i recently dwnlded an svcd and when i unrared it winrar told me the header was corrupt, so i tried to burn it to disk and it wouldnt work. so then i extracted the mpeg2 image with iso buster and it played fine on my computer. my question is what is the best method to put this svcd onto a dvd? could i convert the audio from 44 to 48khz on the images i extracted from the bin files and then join and author them? i would greatly apreciate any help i could get? the file is a common 2 disk svcd with 2cue and 2 bin files. please dont be to technical because i am a semi n00b. thanx in advance for the help.

thanks. im going to try it. what about my other question? can i do anything with the images i extracted using isobuster? im just curious for my learning purposes.
ive never used dvdlab is it pretty easy, do you have a link to a tutorial? i will try dvdlab, but i would still like to know what the steps are for svcd to dvd without having dvdlab do it for me?
