I'm trying to convert an ASF file in VDub, but upon opening the file, I receive the following error:
ASF: parse error -- too many segments in packet at 361 (2 expected) packet size = c35, send time: 0:00
The ASF plays fine in media player, but oddly never uses hardware acceleration (smoothing when fullscreen etc.) - part of the reason I wanted to convert it to AVI anyway.
I've checked I've installed the latest MPEG4 codec (as on digital digest) so I'm certain that's not the problem. Anyone have any idea how I can convert it, or fix this problem in VDub?
