XviD encoded .ogm file, only plays in VirtualDub

So I got this file, won't play in WMP, MediaPlayer2, BSPlayer, ... All of them just crash.
When I open in it in VirtualDub1.5.1.1a, it plays fine (Audio ànd Video)
I tried installing ffdshow and XviD-1.0.2-29082004. Don't know what settings need to be made in ffdshow.
Might be a stupid mistake of mine (sorry then)
Attached is info from Virtual Dub.

Try VLC (video lan), an excellent and free player. Uses it's own codecs and plays most any file format. If not on this site you can d/l from the tools section here www.videohelp.com

Try using g-spot to see if it isn't a fake file,it will tell you the exact codescs used for the file.
