    no audio when backup DVD

I am of course new to all this but I'm trying to create backup copies of DVD's. I am using DVDdecrypter and Shrink. I have also downloaded ffd show and ac3 filter. I can create a perfect copy that plays on my laptop but when I try to play it in my TV DVD player there is no sound. The DVD player is a Symphonic. Is there anything I can do? Thank you!

"but when I try to play it in my TV DVD player there is no sound."

Have you tried to select an alternate audiostream via the remote control for standalone DVD player?

Thanks oromonde. When I push the audio button on the remote it gives me 3 options: ENG Dolby D 2/0ch or ENG Dolby D 3/2.1ch or SPA Dolby D 2/0ch. Changing theses options made no difference. Are these even the alternate audio streams you were refering to or do I need to look elsewhere on the remote!

The audio streams appear to be present on the disk by what you have described. Are you sure that your standalone player is hooked up correctly to your TV and or your audio system?

Yes, those are the descriptive titles of the audiostreams. It would appear that you've DEselected ALL audiostreams in DVD Shrink. You MUST select at least one audiostream in DVD Shrink in order to have ANY audio playback...
