    newbie needs some help please!

hi there, i am new to digital video and i have just finished building my little website. All i need to do now is add my video clips but i am having some problems.

I would like to offer 2 wmv video streams in 2 qualities (high and low) and one straight mpeg download in high quality.

My video clips were edited on Adobe Premier Pro and i have managed to compress my 5 min clips in wmv format for the low res wmv option, but am having problems with the high res one.

The low res wmv clip is 5 mins long, 8.2 meg and 320 x 240. This i am happy with.

For the high res i would like a file size no bigger than 25-30 meg, and a bigger size display like 580 x ...... but it must be good quality.

I was playing with the media encoder but i cant seem to get the settings right. Im really at a loose end.

My clips are of interviews and there is quite a bit of motion.

Can anyone help me out here?

    Thanks Guys

Try using super video converter to convert the file to another format

the program can handle just about anything, and if you recompile it to DVD you can then use Nero to change around the file spicifics, and recode it back to WMV with SVConverter again.
