Subtitle (srt) framerate conversion

Hi all!

First of all, I'm very sorry if this question was already ask: I took a look around, but I've found nothing about

I've got a 23.976 (NTSC) subtitles: It works good with a NTSC beackup copy I own.

Now I've finally bought the 25.000 (PAL) version of the same movies, but using the same subtitles file with my new PAL file produces an out-of-synch between movie & subtitles (of course!)

I'm looking for a sofware that can convert subtitle from NTSC to PAL timing

Subtitles are sychred to TIME not to FRAME NUMEBER, so the same subtitles are good for NTSC & PAL
