Plays from Hard Drive but not from CD

I have several videos that are XviD encoded. I have the 1.0.3 codec installed. They play on my computer just fine if they're kept on the hard drive itself. But for some reason when I burn them to CD, the videos do not play on my computer from the CD.

When this happens, usually the CD continues to spin and cycle as if it's trying to find the video on the CD. I have verifed that the video is on the CD. WMP 10, WinDVD, and Real Player all lock up before the video even starts. WMP will error out sometimes.

Any ideas as to why my XviD videos do not play from the CD on my computer?

    Solution Found

I've been using Nero Burning ROM to burn all my XviD videos to CD. As I suspected, I found out it's not the videos themselves; it's the software. I tried burning an XviD video to CD using Windows XP CD burning software (comes with Windows XP) and now I can play my videos on my computer with no problems.

FYI - Nero has placed MP3 songs out of alphabetical order for my MP3 player. So I don't recommend using Nero to burn things to CD any longer.
