Hello;
I have downloaded a TV program file from internet, which is in WMA format, the video plays well in widows media player, 270 * 220, 25 f/s.
I am trying to convert it to AVI format ( NTSC),
( I want to burn it as VCD or DVD )most of the conversion program does not even open the file, I have tried TMPGEnc plus, but the converted file looks funny, possibly because of frame problem, the last attempt I used ImToo3GP software, the conversion looks OK, but audio and video are not synchronized.
actually, the movie goes very fast, like you are fast forwarding the movie, audio is OK, so when the movie is finnished audio is not finnished,
does anyone know a solution?
