I recently downloaded a movie file from the net which is in asf format. Normally this isn't a problem as VirtualDub 1.3c can sort them out.
However, this particular file has an error on it and wont open in VD.
The error I get is:
ASF: parse error -- too many segments in packet at 2c9 (5 expected) packet size = 1ace, send time: 0:00
Anyone got any suggestions how I can convert to AVI? It plays ok in media player, but the lack of key frames is annoying more than anything else.
