What's a V3 file? How do I play it?

Hey there.


Look, I downloaded a video file... named h264.v3, now what do I do with it? I tried playing it with some different video palyers, nothing worked. And I've got XviD/DivX installed... So, what is this V3 file? What should I use to open it?
