the file for the 1st half is to big to burn to cd - so with tmpgenc I save part 1 up to a cut off point some 3/4 way through video. that views fine and sounds fine

part 2 of the 1st video or the last 1/4 was then saved using tmpgenc on the corrected file. but on watching the sound sync is out?

luckily the 2nd half of the video burnt all to cd no problem.

the problem is splitting the converted mpegs file in to two seperate bits?

any more ideas
